- - solder;
- - tweezers or flat-nose pliers;
- - small sponge;
- - gumboil;
- - trichloroethylene solution;
- - cotton tampon;
- - emery cloth;
- - side cutting pliers.
Instruction
1. Prepare the soldering iron. Turn on it in the socket, let's heat up. Moisten sponge with water. When residues of solder on the soldering iron begin to melt, cover soldering tip with solder, and then wipe with the wetted sponge, deleting residues of solder. In the course of work periodically grind in the soldering iron cleaning sponge from residues of solder.
2. Prepare payment surface. At first make cleaning mechanically: take emery cloth and carefully smooth out surface from oxides. Then remove other pollution (oil or fat stains): moisten cotton tampon in solution of trichloroethylene and wipe the polluted sites of surface.
3. Prepare part. Smooth out part conclusions. Take flat-nose pliers and bend conclusions in the way that they approached under arrangement of openings on payment.
4. To the place of soldering put gumboil. It interferes with oxidation of the smoothed-out metal and solder. Insert conclusions of part into the corresponding openings on payment. For fixing of part slightly part withdrawals from the opposite side of payment. Wipe once again soldering tip about damp sponge.
5. Start soldering process. Having arranged soldering tip at an angle 45 degrees from payment surface, between conclusion and payment, let's the place of soldering get warm within two seconds. Longer time can put payment or part out of action. Bring solder to the place of soldering, after contact with the soldering iron of the place of soldering take away wire from the place of soldering. You hold the soldering iron on the place within second. Remove the soldering iron, without shifting part.
6. Wait several seconds and then cut off surplus of conclusions, using side cutting pliers. Try not to damage the place of soldering. Carry out visual inspection of connection, accurately check for durability.
