It is required to you
- - about 170 clinker bricks, 24 x 11 x 7 cm;
- - 120 l of clay mortar;
- - 10 steel pipes with diameter of 1.5 cm 100 cm long;
- - grid for grill;
- - exhaust cap (at will).
Instruction
1. For creation of this grill we need to construct design of P-shaped form of 11 vertical rows. In each number of 12 bricks on perimeter. On each of the parties ranks from 4 bricks. The design is under construction of ranks which begin always alternately - with the whole brick, then from half of brick. Such joints provide stability of design.
2. To halve bricks, by means of pick notches become, and are separated then heavy blow. Between bricks the clay mortar about 5 cm thick is put. We press bricks when laying so that solution thickness between bricks was 1 cm. Thus, the clay mortar is distributed evenly under brick and near it. Surplus of solution is removed trowel.
3. When 4 rows are built, it is necessary to build in 6 steel pipes in the following brick-on-edge course. For this purpose the ends of steel pipes need to be tapped sledge hammer or the heavy hammer that they became flat and having wanted to lay on side walls evenly from each other.
