- - prefabricated reinforcement cage;
- - racks;
- - concrete.
Instruction
1. At the first stage it is necessary to level and prepare allotment on which construction of the plate base is planned. Take square-faced shovel and level. The surface has to be plain without any eminences and deepenings.
2. The second stage is production of framework from bars in the form of grid. At the expense of the formed intervals the base is capable to maintain rather heavy loads. Further fill grid with wet sand, distribute it on all area and stamp.
3. From above lay waterproofing course which represents rolled materials with solderings. If desired make heat-insulating layers. Cover the formed dense surface with polyethylene film.
4. At the third stage it is necessary to be engaged in construction of timbering: on perimeter of design drive racks and beat to them casting boards with use of level.
5. The fourth stage of construction is laying of prefabricated reinforcement cages which represent the metal gauze with the attached collars. At the expense of such frameworks the building will serve long time without any damages of deformations.
6. At the fifth stage prepare concrete solution and fill in timbering up to the height of boards. For filling use ready dry mix. Wait for full drying of the base and start further construction of design.
