Interroom door – the necessary element in the house or the apartment allowing not only to separate rooms, to create cosiness, but also to save from noise. In order that the beautiful door during operation did not cause you problems, it is necessary to establish it correctly.
Instruction
1. At first make sure available all spare parts and parts for installation. Visually check door and box for quality. At detection of possible defects or lack of any parts and spare parts inform on it the seller. If everything is all right, carry out measurements and prepare aperture under installation of door.
2. Establish loops on door. The distance, both from top, and from the lower part of door prior to the beginning of loops has to be 20 cm. Note places of fixing of loops with pencil or pricker. Drill openings thin drill, in order to avoid surface damage and fix loops by self-tapping screws.
3. Collect box. In installation time level box on level strictly vertically not to allow any opening or closing of door under inclination in any given party. Fix box by self-tapping screws in the location of loops.
4. Hang door from loops with gap between doors and box in 1-1.5 mm. The same gap has to be also between the top level of box and door and also from the lock.
5. Fix vertical strut. Put laying from dense cardboard for fixing of uniform gap between door and box. Paste over surface of door case and door with painting adhesive tape to save from foam influence.
6. Apply foam between aperture and door case. Foam hardening time usually is from 4 hours to 1 day, depending on the processed area.
7. Remove adhesive tape, fibreboard gaskets and the acting surplus of foam. Check gap on perimeter and rabbet. Cut the door lock.
8. Establish the dampers serving for soft and less noisy closing of doors.
