That we only do not do of apples: we cook jam and compotes, we bake pies and fritter, we dry and we eat fresh. Well when the apple-tree grows in garden, but it is even better when there is the apple orchard.

Instruction
1. Collect information on the area before planting trees. Find out what grades well take root what features of the soil, whether are problem with mean insects, level of underground water, etc. This information can be found at neighbors or skilled summer residents from the same area.
2. Possessing the obtained information, pick up saplings of the necessary grade. Do not buy saplings if on them there is plant louse, the dried-up or frozen roots, consolidations in root system.
3. Define the place for landing, proceeding from grade parameters. If you have bought silnorosly grades, then interval between ranks and holes there have to be about 6 meters. If with the constrained growth, then it is necessary to put at distance 3-4 meters from each other. Apple-trees should be planted from North side of the territory, otherwise the shadow from trees will interfere with growth of other fruit crops. It is impossible to plant apple-trees in the lowland where insufficient air circulation.
4. Dig out holes. The size of holes has to be 70-80 cm in width and 60 cm in depth. Put top layer of the earth in one heap, and lower in another. Hammer stake into the center of hole. Length of stake has to be about 1.5 meters. It is better to dig out holes in advance, in 2-4 weeks prior to landing of saplings.
5. Start landing of saplings. Take a little top earth and mix it with one bucket of humus. Lay out mix of the earth and humus on hole bottom. Create hillock near stake. Height of hillock has to be 40-50 cm. Put sapling on hillock and straighten all roots. Cover hole with earth of base layer.
6. Make small deepening around hole. Accurately water sapling with four buckets of water. Add a little earth if after watering the soil has sunk and roots have become bare. Repeat watering in two weeks after landing.
7. Accurately tie sapling to stake, without tightening rope. Every month you loosen the earth around sapling.
