It is required to you

  • - 400 g of fillet from chicken breast;
  • - 5 cups of chicken broth;
  • - bunch of dry fragrant herbs;
  • - 2 carrots;
  • - 2 stalks of a celery;
  • - 2 tablespoons of long white rice;
  • - ¾ a cup of the frozen green peas;
  • - cup of champignons;
  • - parsley branches for ornament;
  • - salt, pepper – to taste.

Instruction

1. Clean and slice carrots thin. To slice a celery and champignons. Set aside everything aside. To make a bunch of fragrant herbs, it is necessary to connect bay leaf, branches of a thyme and parsley, small pieces of the carrots and a celery and several peas of pepper wrapped in a gauze – to stick a thread. After preparation – to remove from broth.

2. To put chicken breasts in a big pan, to pour broth, to add a bunch of herbs, carrots and a celery. Bring to the boil, to stir slowly periodically.
