The organism should give such rest not only in the presence of extra kilos, but also at appearance of hypostases.
Fasting days during pregnancy the doctors recommend to carry out one-two times a week. It isn't necessary to worry because the kid won't get any nutritive matters, everything that it is necessary for him, he will take from stocks of a maternal organism. However before carrying out fasting days at pregnancy it is necessary to consult to the doctor as this action has contraindications.
During fasting days it is necessary not only to reduce amount of the consumed food, but also to follow the following rules. First, is it is necessary fractionally, for 5-6 receptions. Secondly, it is necessary to chew food very slowly and carefully. Thirdly, you shouldn't wash down it, it is better to take drinks not earlier than in half an hour after a meal.

Breakfast: 200 grams of cottage cheese, apple, fast cookies or wholegrain small loafs, unsweetened tea; Lunch: boiled or steam vegetables (without potatoes), cabbage and carrots vegetable oil salad; Afternoon snack: apple, cookies, fresh juice or compote; Dinner: chicken cutlet on couple, cottage cheese with berries of 200 grams; Supper: glass of kefir, apple. Fasting days at pregnancy shouldn't bring discomfort of future mother therefore at emergence of difficulties with observance of a diet it is better to refuse it and to try to reduce gradually the volume of food eaten daily.
