It is required to you

  • greens – to taste;
  • salt and mayonnaise;
  • onions – 1 piece;
  • crabsticks – 150 g;
  • champignons fresh – 300 g;
  • rice – 3 tablespoons;
  • egg – 3 pieces.

Instruction

1. To make salad, boil hard boiled eggs. Then cool them, shell and rub, having used a small grater. Cut crabsticks on small cubes.

2. Clean a bulb and champignons and small cut, and then fry in a frying pan until ready, using vegetable oil. Boil rice so that it was friable.

3. If all ingredients are prepared, means came it is time to make salad. Spread layer by layer, densely greasing everyone with mayonnaise in the following order: mushrooms, crabsticks, boiled rice, polished eggs, fried with onions.

4. To make salad correctly, from above all ingredients make a layer of mayonnaise and decorate a dish with fresh greens. Remove in the fridge for a couple of hours that all layers managed to become impregnated.

5. As you can see, it is possible to make salad. Further you can serve it to a table as an independent dish or as addition to potatoes, meat, fish or to something else.
