This simple salad in preparation will decorate any holiday table, and guests will be satisfied. Ingredients very simple and inexpensive therefore are available to each hostess.

Ingredients:

  • crabsticks or crab meat – 200 гр.;
  • potatoes – 5 pieces;
  • carrots – 3 pieces;
  • mayonnaise – 150 g;

How to make puff crabsticks salad

Carefully wash out vegetables, place in a pan and fill in with water. Here it is possible to put eggs. Bring to the boil and you cook eggs about 10 minutes then shift them in other capacity and fill in with cold water. Continue to cook vegetables to their full readiness. Then cool vegetables, husk. Clean eggs.

Crush carrot and potato by means of a small grater. Divide eggs into egg whites and yolks, rub separately.

Small cut previously defrozen crabsticks.

Begin to spread salad in a beautiful wide dish:

  • The first layer – from potato, spread and grease with mayonnaise. Leave a half of potatoes as there will be the second layer from it.
  • The second layer – crabsticks.
  • The third layer – proteins of eggs, lay out them and densely miss the mark with mayonnaise.
  • The fourth layer – the second part potatoes.
  • The fifth layer – from carrots. Grease with mayonnaise.

Decorate the turned-out dish, having accurately strewed with the crushed yolks of eggs.
