We prepare a simple and original dessert with champagne

Every feast demands the correct end in the form of a dessert. Often happens so that traditional cake or sweeties don't attract interest of guests any more. We will prepare a beautiful, original and light strawberry dessert with champagne.

It is required to you

  • - 0.5 kg is fresher than some strawberry
  • - 1 bottle of semisweet champagne
  • - 30 гр gelatin
  • - fresh mint for ornament
  • - 7 glasses for wine or a mold for aspic
  • - 10 гр sugar
  • - 5 гр lemon juice

Instruction

1. Prepare strawberry - wash up and destem, touch berries, postpone crumpled and ugly. If you want to decorate your dessert, then lay seven small equal berries. Other strawberry needs to be cut with a slice and so far to postpone.

2. Following instructions on packing, dissolve gelatin in a small amount of water and, stirring slowly, warm up on a plate, without bringing to the boil. The grade of gelatin and its form of release have no basic value.

3. Pour out champagne in a pan and let it a little stand that there was an excess of gases, otherwise vials of gas will remain in jelly and it won't turn out transparent. If you want to prepare a nonalcoholic dessert, then you can boil champagne within a minute and alcohol will be evaporated. Depending on a champagne grade, add sugar and lemon juice to taste. Further pour a thin stream in the prepared gelatin, stir and set aside aside.

4. In wine glasses or in molds for aspic equally spread out the cut strawberry and put a mint branch in each glass or a mold. Fill in strawberry with the prepared champagne and remove in the fridge for 2 hours, before solidification of jelly. Give a ready dessert in the same glasses, having decorated with the whole strawberry and a branch of mint or having shifted from a mold to a plate.
