Physiological needs of the person

Physiological needs of the person

The person was always considered as the highest creation of the nature, her tsar and the master. People pursue science, fly to space, build the plants, look after animals. In our progressive time the person learned to replace partially the work with the automated systems and to save the time by means of the Internet. And, it seems, all at us is beautiful if not one BUT. From animals we are distinguished only by existence of reason. And if the civilization disappears, then from our greatest inquiries there will be only physiological requirements.

Recently we almost ceased to think that the quality of our life depends not on progress, and from that as quickly there is a satisfaction of our physiological requirements. We do not sleep at the nights, we eat on the run and we drink water which contains a half of the table of Mendeleyev. And then we complain of health, and immediately we pump up an organism various drugs. Examples of physiological needs of the person can be listed infinitely. Important not only their nobility but also to be able to satisfy them competently.

Anatomo-fiziologichesky needs of the person

Those requirements which help the person to survive and continue life some kind of are physiological. In these requirements we differ in nothing from animals as they also have biological origin. Here it is possible to give newborns as an example. Physiological needs of children which were born, come down besides to set recently, as at animals. It is the need for air, food, a dream, to comfort, protection against stresses. Later the need for reproduction is added to this list. Anatomo-fiziologichesky needs of the person represent a set of those conditions under which survival of all human civilization is possible:

  • possibility of physical existence, in the absence of hunger strikes, natural disasters and general diseases;
  • thermal and magnetic and wave comfort with safe radiation level, i.e. an opportunity to maintain constant normal body temperature;
  • the composition of air which is not resulting in anomalies of the physical and genetic plan;
  • drinking water with a safe set of chemicals and minerals;
  • the food satisfying high-calorie, national and flavoring and also chemical and elementary and organic structure;
  • full-fledged dream and absence of a stress.

The American psychologist Abraham Maslow developed the theory of needs of the person. It is familiar to much as a pyramid of requirements. Physiological requirements according to Maslow are the strongest and urgent, their dissatisfaction leads to destruction of all organism. Only after satisfaction of physiological requirements, according to Maslow's pyramid, the needs for safety, communication, recognition, and self-expression appear. If the person ensures a long dream, food, satisfying of thirst of water and oxygen, then it has interest in physiological requirements of higher level. Sexual requirements belong to them. Without them any person did not die yet, but their dissatisfaction brings significant shifts in mentality and behavior of the person.

If physiological requirements are not satisfied properly, in this case the person can have a frustration. This state is shown in experience of alarm, disappointment and irritability. The person can count on safe existence without stresses and suppressed immunity, only if physiological requirements are not frustrated.

Standards of physiological requirements

Generally we can feel requirements of our organism without assistance. For example, we will precisely feel hunger, I am eager the shortage of air and fatigue. However there are such physiological requirements which our organism needs daily, but we feel it only when the deficiency of substances leads to a disease. That to avoid it, it is enough to know standard daily rates of physiological requirements of an organism:

  • the need for water – about 1.5 l/days;
  • the need for energy – 2900 kcal/days;
  • the need for protein – 36-87 g/days;
  • the need for fats – 60-154 g/days;
  • the need for carbohydrates – 257-586 g/days;
  • the need for food fibers – 20 g/days.

Satisfaction of physiological requirements – the major vital activity of the person. Proceeding from requirements, we plan the budget. Only after their satisfaction we begin to plan expenses on other needs. Often in modern society the status of wealth quite often depends on that how many people spend for food. But process of earnings of money negatively affects the needs for rest and almost guarantees a stress for an organism. Our life depends on our requirements, as well as our requirements depend on our life. Do not disregard the requirements, otherwise sometime you just will lack forces to earn money for their satisfaction.
