Family as need of society
The sociology considers family as small social group where each of members is connected with each other by the love and related relations. Families differ in community of communications and life which takes roots for members of each family throughout long time
Family – one of the most important social institutes of modern society. This results from the fact that it possesses educational function, reproductive, recreational, adaptation, economic and some other functions.
1. Reproduction function of family is expressed in the birth of children. The birth of the new person is not just improbable happiness for parents, but also in general for society and the state. There was a new member of society who will begin to acquire lawful duties and the rights over time, will be able to make a contribution to development of all society.2. Educational function provides to children the very first social experience. At communication with parents, adopting from them values and norms, children put in themselves examples of behavior, mental capacities, character.3. Economic function provides formation of the budget of family and distribution of funds for food, education, utility payments, purchase of property and other necessary things for family.4. The family participates in formation of economic demand for services and goods. The fees, taxes, duties are paid, the government budget.5 is created. Adaptation function is connected with educational. Without the direction of parents and senior relatives the adaptation of new members of society in the various environment would be impossible. At the child the understanding that it is good and that it is bad is created. 6. The recreation in family is caused by the fact that the person can relax, have a rest, share the experiences and problems with other family members, to get from them moral support.
Importance of family
Any nation, any society in the civilized world did not do without family. Both the next, and distant future of modern society is not represented without family. For each person the family is the beginning of the beginnings. Practically each person connects a concept of happiness, first of all, with family: the one to whom it is good in the house is happy. It is impossible to overestimate importance of family. The family relations – guarantee of tranquility, stability, self-confidence and in tomorrow for each her member. People between whom there are relations stronger than just friendship, are sure in each other and of themselves. If something goes to their lives not so, then to them is whom to ask for the help.
