1. Be prepared for boxing classes. For a start you have to have the good physical training. Surely make the warm-up including stretching exercises. Pay special attention to hands – easy to injure them if it is correct and good not to warm before the training.

2. Try to master technique of boxing. It is based, mainly, on methods of attack and protection. The special technique has rationality of movements, the providing highest efficiency from trainings. The continuity of movements is characteristic of boxing. Each subsequent action as if follows from previous.

3. During the training pay special attention to legs. They have to be always in the movement, helping to carry out the basic elements entering technology of fight. Legs are considered as the main weapon of the boxer since competent performance of all actions depends on them. Correctly to practice boxing, you seek to develop legs during the training, being in the constant movement when performing all kicks.

4. At the correct striking a blow in boxing of the hand have to "be stuck", but not slide. You watch that swings occurred not on the roundish curve, and it is accurate on the straight line. Pay attention to the correct shift of body weight: when kick becomes the right hand – the support on the left leg and vice versa. Performance of this condition many times raises the shot power.

5. You remember "attack protection" application of simultaneous tactics. Boxing – fast sport, and after your kick the opponent is immediately capable to use counterstroke. Therefore always use the hand free at present for the defense and also quickly return into place beating. For the moment don't detain the fist in the radius of the opponent, you always remember need of the defense.

6. Apply three basic rules to the correct fighting stance. The first: you have to see well the opponent and complicate the possibility of attack on you. The second: ensure all conditions for high-quality attack and the defense. The third: the stance has to be steady, create the maximum of opportunities for movement.
