Do 2-3 approaches on 20 times. Gradually increase number of times in the set.

2. You cut firewood. The easiest and effective way is to cut booms and firewood. Increase in the shot power is provided to you. There is approximately the same effect, as with the sledge hammer, only you still make useful business. In these two exercises hands, shoulders, the back, the press become stronger. All this gives you base for crushing blow.

3. Be engaged with the signature stamp. Take the signature stamp or not the heavy post. Put to yourself it on the breast and do jog movements with it forward. You can jump at the same time from the leg on the leg, i.e. approximately as on the jump rope or during the match. There will be still additional loading for your legs and the case.

7. Work on the wrist with the dumbbell. Take yourself for the rule to daily do bending of brushes with the dumbbell corresponding to your weight and forces. Do this exercise till 10-15 times on each wrist for training day, not less than 6-7 sets.

8. Do broaches on the hall at the end of the training. They are as follows: receive the lying support on palms, take away legs back and in such situation make jog forward motions. This the most universal physical exercises for the shoulder girdle and development of the shot power. Do everything only under observation of the experienced expert. You shouldn't attack on all exercises at once. You will choose something suitable for yourself and do. Gradually increase loading and give rest to fists.
