Before the occupations it is necessary to carry out an extension of a back, hips and shins. It will prepare a body for new loadings. In the Scandinavian walking use two types of sticks – telescopic (with several kolenye) and the fixed length. Most often they are produced from such materials as carbon fabrics, a coal plastic and aluminum.

The value of this type of walking is that practically everyone can be engaged in it. This type of fitness allows to regulate physical activity, is easy in development and is not extreme.
