Any children's holiday won't do without tasty and useful cocktails. I want will share with you one recipe of cocktail which will be pleasant to both children and adults. And also will become decoration of any holiday.
It is required to you
- 1 oranges, 1 kiwi, 1 tablespoon of honey, ½ glasses of water, 1 mango, 2 apples, 1 tea box of icing sugar, ¼ part of a lemon.
Instruction
1. From a lemon squeeze out juice. Moisten edges of glasses with lemon juice. On a flat plate pour out icing sugar. Turn a glass and lower in icing sugar. Place glasses in the freezer.
2. Clean orange and apples from a peel. Squeeze out juice by means of the juice extractor.
3. In fresh juice pour in boiled cool water and mix.
4. A kiwi and mango clean also by means of the blender or the food processor crush to a pyureobrazny state. Mix the received puree with honey. If honey too dense, warm up it on small fire.
5. Get glasses and accurately lay out in them fruit puree so that it occupied 1/3 glasses. From above pour out orange apple juice. Don't mix.
6. Decorate edge of a glass with segment or a cube of any fruit and give with a straw. Give cooled.
