Instruction

1. Clean one average bulb and cut in small cubes. Mix onions with 200-300 grams of forcemeat (beef, pork or chicken), add one egg, 1/2 glasses of well washed out rice, salt and a black sprinkling pepper to taste there. Mix everything in homogeneous mass and create from it meatballs with a diameter about 3-4 centimeters.

2. Roll in everyone to a teftel in flour and fry from two parties on 5-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil before receiving a golden crust. Shift meatballs in a deep pan, fill in them with water that it covered meatballs, and put on a plate to prepare. After water begins to boil, reduce fire and you extinguish 25 more minutes.

5. Pour soup on plates, fill 15-20% with sour cream and strew the fresh parsley crushed by greens or fennel.
