The chicken baked in a potato crust perfectly will add your daily and festive menu. It is required to you

  • – chicken breast (450 g);
  • – fresh potatoes (4-5 pieces);
  • – egg (1 piece);
  • – pepper and salt to taste;
  • – parsley and fennel to taste;
  • – garlic (1 clove);
  • – flour (30 g);
  • – vegetable oil (10 ml).

Instruction

1. Take a deep cup. Well wash out greens under flowing water, small cut by means of a sharp knife. Grate cheese. Mix in a bowl cheese and greens several times. Leave the turned-out mix.

2. Also wash out chicken breasts, cut thin longitudinal pieces, no more than 1.5 cm thick. Lay out chicken on a frying pan with the warmed oil and fry, previously having added some pepper and salt. Time of roasting shouldn't exceed 2-3 minutes. Lay out ready chicken in separate capacity.

3. Rind with potatoes, salt, and in 10-15 minutes wring out the emitted juice. Add egg and salt to potatoes. Mix before formation of uniform consistence.
