- 2-3 cucumbers;
- 1-2 large apples;

1. Hard-boil eggs in slightly added some salt water. Eggs for okroshka it is better to choose house. As in them, as a rule, brighter yolk. Boil potatoes in a uniform. Wait when potatoes and eggs cool down.
2. Well wash vegetables, apples and greens under flowing water and dry by means of napkins or towels.
3. Clean cucumbers, potatoes and apples from a thin skin and cut in small cubes, with the party no more than one centimeter. Crumble a garden radish thin half rings. The more small products are cut, the more tasty okroshka will turn out. Mix ingredients in a pan.
