    • Recipe No. 2:
    • garlic – 4 heads;
    • water – 1 l;
    • sugar – 50 g;
    • salt – 50 g;
    • table 9% vinegar – 100 g.
    • Recipe No. 3:
    • garlic – 1 kg;
    • water - 1 l;
    • sugar – 50 g;
    • salt – 50 g;
    • 9% vinegar – 1 tablespoon;
    • carnation;
    • Recipe No. 4:
    • garlic – 4 cloves;
    • water – 700 ml;
    • 9% vinegar – 200 g;
    • salt – 70 g;
    • sugar – 50 g;
    • mix of khmeli suneli – 2 tsps;
    • pepper;
    • bay leaf.

Instruction

1. Garlic divide recipe No. 1 into cloves, clean them from a cover and wash out in flowing water. Put garlic in a colander and scald boiled water. Separately mix honey, lemon juice, sour cream, salt and pepper in a cup. Pour out the prepared honey mix in a pan, add garlic, put on slow fire. After boiling prepare within 3 minutes. Then put garlic with marinade in a glass jar and densely close a cover. Remove in the fridge and use as required. At will you can add to marinated garlic fennel greens, a sage, spicery or an oregano.

2. Fresh garlic gloves clean recipe No. 2 from a cover and wash with flowing water. Cast away on a colander, drench with boiled water, then cool. Separately prepare a brine. For this purpose in a pan pour water, add sugar and salt. Put on fire. After boiling boil within 2 minutes, then cool a little and add vinegar.
