  • - onions of 150 g
  • - garlic 3 cloves
  • - dried herbs of 2 h spoon
  • - vegetable oil of 5 tablespoons
  • - ketchup or tomato sauce
  • - salt and pepper

Instruction

1. Wash out and cut ribs on small flank steaks. Add some ketchup, to slightly salt and leave meat to be pickled for 15-20 minutes.

2. Clean, cut potatoes bars, add salt, dried herbs and everything it is good to mix.

3. Cut vegetables: onions – half rings, tomatoes – medium-sized pieces, eggplants – cubes.

4. In a bowl to mix vegetable oil, the crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

5. In a form for roasting to lay out meat, and from above – all made vegetables. To water everything with vegetable oil with garlic.

6. The dish is baked in an oven within 1.5 hours at a temperature of 180 degrees. If vegetables begin to burn, then the form should be covered with a foil and to continue to prepare.
