Though in recent years the number of opponents of salt increases, but most of people don't refuse it. Of course, to change a long-term habit very difficult.

It is desirable to pass to a healthy type of food gradually. That is salt should be reduced in a diet on a pinch. After a while the person gets used to lack of salt, food without it doesn't seem awfully tasteless any more.

Salt can successfully be replaced with some verjuice, lemon is especially good. Spices, dried greens are successful replacement of salt too. To whom the fact that food absolutely unsalted, those can salt food on a table haunts.

Vegetables and greens incorporate natural salts therefore at their cooking it is quite possible to do without cooking which destroys vitamins (especially in gentle greens). It is necessary to refuse a pickles and marinades, different ready sauces and cubes. It is even desirable not to look towards various salty snack: chips, cookies. Also salty nutlets are harmful though they in the natural form are in number of the most useful delicacies.

Long ago it is proved that kidneys of the person remove only 25 grams of salt a day, it is about one tablespoon. Here also sodium and chlorine which are put by the nature in products are considered. Only healthy kidneys are capable to bring such amount of salt out of an organism.

The salt laid in an organism holds around itself water and complicates work of many bodies. Having refused salt, the person is exempted from this excess liquid. Goes on a chain further – pressure decreases, load of heart decreases, work of kidneys improves, skin freely breathes.

For the sake of similar it is worth passing to healthy food and to refuse salt. It is not such the big victim for achievement of good health.
