Stuffed mushrooms – quite popular and favourite hot appetizer on a holiday table. Champignons, or any other mushrooms fill with cheese, vegetables, seafood, meat.

- - 8 large champignons
- - 200 g of Feta cheese
- - half banks of olives without stones
- - basil, parsley
- - 1/2 cups of dry white wine
- - vegetable oil
- - ground black pepper, salt
Instruction
1. Carefully wash up champignons, dry a paper towel, from hats separate legs.
2. Grate cheese, small cut, and then crush in the olive blender. Cut a basil and parsley, and chop legs of mushrooms into small pieces. Place polished cheese, the crushed legs of champignons, a basil and olives in a small bowl, add white wine and olive oil, season with a black sprinkling pepper, salt and mix.
3. Stuff with the received mix mushroom hats. On the baking tray oiled olive place champignons and bake within 10-15 minutes in the oven heated up to 180 degrees. Before giving decorate a ready-to-eat meal with chopped greens.
