Very much I love the stuffed tomatoes. I cook them with different stuffings. Today I baked the tomatoes stuffed with chicken.

It is required to you

  • Tomatoes - 7-8 pieces;
  • chicken fillet of a breast - 300 g;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • milk - 50 ml;
  • greens - to taste;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • vegetable oil - for greasing of a form;
  • salt - to taste;
  • the black pepper ground - to taste.

Instruction

1. For preparation of this dish tomatoes need to be washed up and dried. Then to decrown with them and to take out pulp. It is the most convenient to do it by means of a spoon. Salt and pepper the prepared tomatoes from within.

2. Cut chicken fillet small pieces. Then to crush it by means of the blender. Tomato pulp needs to be crushed too. It is possible simply to chop more small or too to make it by means of the blender. Small to chop green onions, fennel and parsley.

3. Connect chicken fillet, tomato pulp and greens in a bowl. It is good to mix everything, to add some salt a little. Shake up egg with milk. Grate cheese.

4. Fill the prepared tomatoes with the turned-out forcemeat. Lay out them in the oiled form for roasting. Then to water each tomato with an egg milk mix. Strew from above with a grated cheese.

5. That the top of tomatoes didn't burn during roasting, I cover each vegetable decrowned as a lid. Bake tomatoes in the oven warmed up to 180 degrees of 20 minutes. Lay out ready tomatoes on a plate and decorate to taste.
