most infallible remedy of protection against any disease is our immunity. It represents a complex system which elements create a natural barrier from bacteria, infections, viruses and other troubles. When the person gets sick, it, first of all, is connected with easing of immunity.

The immunity is a difficult protective mechanism which performs a set of functions for preservation of a healthy condition of an organism. The immunity is formed as of the elements given to the person from the birth and from the artificial elements acquired by the person throughout life as inoculations or some other way. Decrease in immunity leads to the fact that the person begins to be tired quickly and to be ill much.

Each person has a condition of immunity a miscellaneous: someone can go without jacket to a frost and not be ill, and it is enough to someone to get under summer heavy rain to get sick with a serious illness for several weeks. Therefore for all the time of existence of mankind various ways of strengthening of immunity were invented. For the person two more or less serious diseases a year – norm, and excess of this quantity of diseases – a signal of weakening of the immune system.

It is much simpler to strengthen immunity, than to restore it after long illnesses. To define need of strengthening of the immune system rather easily. For this purpose there are several occasions. For example, it can be constant emotional pressure (at work or study, for example), a lack of a dream (it is less than seven hours in day) and, the most important – an ecological situation.

The hazardous substances resulting from activity of the enterprises and exhaust gases get to an organism and can weaken certain immunological mechanisms. Work on harmful production poses threat for immunity too. Besides hazardous substances of people is exposed to a stress, and the stress always leads to easing of immunity.

The immune system has certain periods when it is most vulnerable. At elderly people it is shown owing to expenditure of the most part of resources of an organism and numerous chronic diseases. At people of middle age the period of weakening of the immune system can come during hard and continuous work. It is very problematic the immune system works for babies and children up to seven years. After the birth the child constantly to be in the family circle and his organism does not come into contacts with unfamiliar microbes and bacteria.

Therefore the immune system can correctly not manage to react to collision of new microbes with an organism. Then one more critical period – when follows the kid about a year. During this period the maternal factors of protection which work during the baby period already practically ended, and the are just adjusted for active work.

Also the immunity is subject to various threats at the age of six – seven years when at the child a lot of immunoglobulin is produced. At this age contacts extend – the child passes from a garden into school, an environment and a day regimen change. Well and, of course, the critical period comes at teenagers when there occur puberty and hormones can suppress some immune factors. Easing of immunity at children's age can be connected with an early visit of kindergarten. Up to three years the immune system still develops, and stay in places of a big congestion of people surely means danger of exposure to microbic threat.

Therefore it is better to conduct the child in kindergarten after achievement of three-year age by it when its immune system is created and will get stronger. Also the wrong child care can negatively influence formation of immunity: food, a manner to dress, the dream mode.   

How to strengthen the immune system? For this purpose there is a set of ways, and you can choose that which to be pleasant to you more. Strengthening of immunity is directly connected with a healthy lifestyle. For the strong immune system it is necessary to spend much time in the fresh air, will become tempered, to do exercises.

Hardening can be carried out differently – from douche by cold water before wearing lighter clothes to cold weather. The last way, by the way, well is suitable for training of small children. Children it is also possible to temper by means of ice cream. Before reception of the frozen child it is necessary to warm, and after – it is also useful to carry out some easy physical exercises. But, of course, it needs to be done correctly, since a small dose, gradually increasing it.  

For strengthening of immunity it is necessary to limit stay near the polluted areas and to try to happen as often as possible in the country – in forests, parks, villages, on the rivers, lakes and the seas. Especially it concerns children. Statistically, those who spend vacation in villages, camps or sanatoria are ill less often. Regular house cleaning and in a workplace promotes too strengthening of the immune system as in limited space microbes collect too. Observance of the modes of a dream and food also is very important. Have also in view of that strengthening of immunity is strongly interfered by such addictions as alcohol intake and smoking.
