Mounting and commissioning of metering devices is regulated by rules of installation of electric equipment and registration devices. To install the new counter, it is necessary to perform number of operations and to process all documents allowing to use it.
It is required to you
- - statement in the power supplying company;
- - passport;
- - permission;
- - act of commissioning;
- - new contract.
Instruction
1. To independently dismantle the old metering device and to establish new it is strictly forbidden. File to the supplying company petition. In the statement specify type of the counter which you want to establish – one-rate, two-tariff or three-tariff. If the instruction has been issued to you, to replace or install the new metering device, then all of you equally have to write the application and get permission with the resolution of the head of power supply networks.
2. In the specified time come for permission and bring the metering device which you will install. To you will program the new counter and only after that, you can install it. The counter can be installed independently, it is not forbidden by rules or to invite the master from power network.
3. If you have called the master, then you do not need to care for rules of installation of electric meters. The expert will execute all mounting according to rules and instructions.
4. At independent mounting follow rules of installation of electric meters. Install the device in the available place at the height no more than 1.70 and not less than 80 cm, in the most short distance from input cable. Do all connections with use of special clips, fix the device on wooden, plastic or metal guard. The room where the device is installed, has to have temperature not less than 0 degrees in cold season.
5. After mounting of the device irrespective of who carried out installation, you or the called electrician, call representatives from customer department. They will draw up the statement of input of the device in operation.
6. With this act and with the passport address to customer department and sign the contract for delivery and payment of the electric power. It must be done even in case you already have contract as will specify type of the electric meter and its serial numbers in the new contract.
