It is required to you

  • - 1 cups of flour;
  • - 800 ml. waters;
  • - 3 g of a yeast powder;
  • - 1 tsps. Olive oil;
  • - 0.5 tsps of salt;
  • - 150 ml. sour creams;
  • - mustard;
  • - 50 g of cheese;
  • - 1 chicken breast;
  • - 1 tomato;
  • - 1 cucumber;
  • - ¼ heads of cabbage;
  • - soy-bean sauce.

Instruction

1. It is necessary to prepare all ingredients. First of all the lavash is preparing. For preparation of a lavash it is necessary to mix salt, flour and yeast. In the received mix to make a hole and to pour water. Knead dough. In the course of doughing it is necessary to add a teaspoon of olive oil. Leave ready dough in the warm place for 2 hours.

2. From the infused test to unstick a small ball of the test and to roll it in fenny layer. By means of a rolling pin to transfer a rolled dough to the heated frying pan and to fry slightly from two parties. The ready lavash needs to be sprinkled slightly cool water in order that it didn't break.
