How to prepare a bean

Green beans – the noncaloric dietary product useful to both adults and children. It is unique the fact that it doesn't absorb in itself toxic substances from the soil and the environment. It is a fine source of vitamins, minerals and proteins. It is very simple to prepare a bean for a garnish and won't take you a lot of time.

It is required to you

  • Bean – 0.5 kg
    • Vegetable oil
    • Onion – 1 piece
    • Tomatoes of the average size – 2 pieces.
    • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
    • Fresh fennel
    • Salt
    • ground black pepper


1. Put haricot in the boiling water and slightly boil, minutes 3-4. While it cooks, throw into the boiling water for 5-10 seconds tomatoes, then pull out them and husk. Cast away haricot on a colander, drain water.

2. Cut small onions, cut tomatoes in cubes, pods green haricots – small pieces on 2.5 - 3 cm.

3. Warm vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry onions till golden color, lay out tomatoes and, stirring slowly, continue to fry 3 minutes, then lay out the cut haricot, pepper, salt it, mix everything and fry 5 more minutes.

4. Small chop garlic and fennel, pour out everything in a pan, mix with haricot, switch off a plate, close a frying pan a cover and leave to stand 5-10 minutes. The field of it can be given on a table as an independent dish or as a garnish to a meat piece.
