Fundamentals of the Finnish ethnic cuisine is use of simple and very quality products. Mushrooms in Finland grow in large quantities – strikes with time of the Russian tourists that magnificent aspen mushrooms and birch mushrooms grow in city parks literally underfoot, and nobody brings together them! Finns use mushrooms for preparation of various dishes. One of them – mushroom pie in Finnish (Sienipiirakka).

It is required: For the test:

2 eggs; 1 glass of milk;

150 grams of the softened desi; 1 teaspoon of sugar; 0.5 teaspoons of salt; 0.5 teaspoons of soda; 1 glass of flour. For a stuffing: 500 grams of any mushrooms, under our conditions will approach champignons; 2 big bulbs; 300 grams of any hard cheese – to rub on a small grater, to divide into three equal parts;

greens, garlic to taste. 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

For preparation of a stuffing it is necessary to cut mushrooms and onions on small pieces, to fry everything together within 10 minutes on vegetable oil. Add small cut greens, the crushed garlic and 1/3 part of polished cheese to mushrooms, it is good to mix. For doughing of egg it is necessary to shake up with sugar and salt. Continuing to shake up, add oil, milk and soda. Pour flour and knead dough. Oil a baking dish vegetable, lay out 2/3 tests, from above evenly to distribute a mushroom stuffing, strew its 1/3 cheeses. Close a stuffing leftover dough, strew 1/3 cheeses. Put a form in an oven and bake pie before emergence of a golden crust about 30 minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees. Ready pie to cool, cut a little for the portion. Enjoy your meal!
