Sandwich with Dutch cheese and vegetables

Sending children to school, being going to go hiking or on a picnic, having gone somewhere it is far, there is a wish that in a stock there was a tasty, nourishing and correct sandwich. Sandwich with Dutch cheese and vegetables will be suitable for this purpose as well as possible.

It is required to you

  • For two person:
  • - allspice;
  • - tomato — 1 piece;
  • - a capers — 1 tsp;
  • - sweet red pepper — 100 g;
  • - a hard Dutch rennet cheese — 100 g;
  • - a baguette — 1 piece.

Instruction

1. Cut a baguette on halves, each half in half lengthways. Lay out bread on the baking tray laid by parchment so that the cut was up. Redden bread under a grill or in the oven warmed to 220oC within several minutes.

2. Cut cheese and paprika on large slices. Tomatoes a sharp knife on thin circles.
